Project Overview
Type: Professional
Industry: Visual Identity, Preflight/Production
Summer on campus often feels quieter, so the University Centers Marketing team set out to transform our Price Center into a lively destination through Tropical Vacation!
A campaign inspired by sunny getaways, vibrant fruit, and beachside picnics, my role was to develop the campaign's visual identity and translate the established creative direction into a cohesive system across both digital and physical marketing materials.
Mood Boarding ๐จ
Early direction from the Marketing team, though the final concept shifted a fair amount from here.

Design Process & Iterations ๐ก
I started with the atrium banner, the campaign's largest installation, to establish the visual language before expanding to other materials. Every iteration went through a feedback loop with my manager before the direction was locked and extended across the rest of the deliverables.

Brand Identity ๐ฅฅ

Bringing Summer to Socials โ๏ธ
With the design system established, I built out Instagram graphics, then adapted them into WebHero banners for a wider digital format while keeping the identity playful and consistent.

Postcards & Takeaways ๐ด
This was another project that challenged me to think beyond individual deliverables and instead design a campaign that could adapt across a variety of formats without losing its identity. Creating workable assets early in the process allowed the campaign to scale seamlessly from environmental graphics to digital marketing while maintaining a consistent and recognizable look.
